Thank you for shopping with The Dog Food Truck. We are a Sydney-based Australian dog treat business and aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed from our Sydney facility within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

If you are located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
• NSW Regional: 2–5 business days
• Interstate Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
• Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier services and circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal or courier providers
• Severe weather events
• Natural disasters
• Public holidays
• Industrial action
• Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been received within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@thedogfoodtruck.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave is selected (where available), you authorise the carrier to leave the parcel in a safe location at your address. Once the parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you.

Warm Weather Shipping

During periods of extreme heat, product condition may be affected during transit. We recommend tracking your parcel and bringing it indoors promptly after delivery.

Product Freshness & Storage

Our dog treats are packaged to maintain freshness during shipping. Upon receipt, please store products according to the instructions provided on the packaging.
