All of our treats unless stated otherwise are made from single-ingredient novel protein sources making them suitable for dogs with sensitivities.

While our treats are designed to complement your dog’s diet, they’re best enjoyed in moderation as an occasional treat. A good indicator of whether you’re feeding the right amount is your dog’s overall condition and stool quality. If you notice their stool becoming very firm, dry, or pale/white in colour, it may be a sign they’re consuming too much bone content in their diet.

Our air-dried treats are best suited for dogs that enjoy chewing and can safely handle harder treats. As every dog is different, we recommend choosing a bone size appropriate for your dog’s breed, size, age, and chewing strength.

Puppies, senior dogs, and aggressive chewers may require extra supervision or softer alternatives. Always supervise your dog while chewing and ensure fresh water is available.

Most dogs eat the same proteins over and over: chicken, beef, chicken again…maybe more chicken?

A novel protein simply means a protein your dog probably doesn’t eat all the time - like crocodile, rabbit, emu, venison, duck, shark, kangaroo etc.

Because their body is less exposed to it, some dogs find it gentler on digestion and easier to tolerate.

By slowly removing moisture at low temperatures, air-drying helps preserve the natural flavour, nutrients, and texture dogs instinctively LOVE (like, seriously love) - without needing unnecessary fillers or artificial junk.

It also creates a very different texture from cooked bones.

Cooked bones can become brittle and splinter which is why they are not considered safe to feed to dogs.

Air-dried bones stay much closer to their natural state (minus the moisture), creating a tougher, more chewable texture dogs are biologically designed for.

We always recommend supervising your dog when offering any treat or chew and choosing products that are appropriate for your dog's size, age, and chewing style.

Dogs have a unique jaw and tooth structure designed for crushing, grinding, and tearing food. Unlike humans, their jaws move primarily up and down, which means they interact with treats and bones differently than we do.

Every dog has its own chewing style. Some dogs are careful, methodical chewers who take their time, while others are enthusiastic chewers that try to finish a treat as quickly as possible. For this reason, there is no single chew that is suitable for every dog.

It is also normal for dogs to swallow pieces of food, treats, or bones once they are small enough to pass safely. In some cases, a dog may regurgitate a piece and re-chew it before swallowing. While this can sometimes look alarming, it is a natural behaviour. Supervising your dog allows you to monitor how they are handling the treat and determine whether it is appropriate for their chewing style.

Natural chews can provide mental enrichment, help satisfy a dog's instinct to chew, and support dental health by assisting in the removal of plaque and tartar buildup.

As with any chew product, no treat or bone is completely risk-free. Always supervise your dog, provide fresh drinking water, and remove any small pieces that may present a choking hazard.
