Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter and promotion period

1. The promoter is The Dog Food Truck, ABN 14 458 646 334, Sydney NSW (Promoter), in partnership with Gabriela Pupovac Photography, ABN 21 226 659 049, Sydney NSW (Prize Partner).
2. The promotion starts at 6:00pm AEDT on Monday 12 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 18 October 2026 (Promotion Period).
3. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who have a public Instagram account, or who enter through a purchase under clause 3.4.
2. Employees of the Promoter and the Prize Partner, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
3. The photography session takes place in Greater Sydney during the months of October, November and December 2026. Entrants must be able to attend a session there, at their own travel cost.
4. The Promoter may verify eligibility and may disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms, enters fraudulently, or uses fake or multiple accounts.

3. How to enter

1. To enter, during the Promotion Period, on the giveaway post on @thedogfoodtruckau:
   1. Like the post.
   2. Follow both @thedogfoodtruckau and @gabrielapupovac.
   3. Comment and tag at least one friend.
2. Each comment that tags a different person counts as one entry.
3. Bonus entries:
   1. Completing the giveaway entry form linked in the @thedogfoodtruckau bio earns one bonus entry per person.
   2. Sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tagging @thedogfoodtruckau earns one bonus entry per person.
4. Every purchase made online at thedogfoodtruck.com.au, or in person at The Dog Food Truck, during the Promotion Period is automatically one entry. In-person customers must give their name and contact details at the time of purchase for the entry to count.
5. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive or made by automated means are invalid.
6. Entrants must not use any other entrant's account or details.

4. The prize

There is one prize, worth a total of $1,150 including GST:

1. The photography credit must be booked and used during the months of October, November and December 2026. The session is subject to the Prize Partner's availability and booking terms. Any amount above $1,000 is paid by the winner.
2. The treats will be posted to the winner within 14 days of the prize being claimed.
3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
4. If a prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute one of equal or greater value.
5. The winner is responsible for any travel, accommodation and other costs not listed here.

5. Draw, notification and claiming

1. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in winning.
2. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 6:00pm AEDT on Monday 19 October 2026.
3. The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @thedogfoodtruckau, and/or by email if they entered through a purchase or the entry form. The winner will be announced on @thedogfoodtruckau Instagram stories within one day of the draw.
4. The winner must reply within 48 hours of being contacted to claim the prize.
5. If the prize is not claimed in time, a redraw will be held again at 7:00pm AEDT on 21 October 2026. The redraw winner will be contacted the same way.
6. The Promoter will only contact winners from the verified @thedogfoodtruckau account, and will never ask for payment, passwords or bank details to claim a prize. Ignore any other account claiming you have won.

6. General conditions

1. Instagram: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability.
2. Publicity: The winner agrees that their Instagram handle, first name and suburb, and images from the photography session, may be used by the Promoter and the Prize Partner in promotional material, without further payment. The winner can opt out of the use of session images by telling the Promoter in writing.
3. Privacy: Entrants' personal information is collected to run this promotion and is shared with the Prize Partner only to deliver the prize. If an entrant opts in, it may also be used to send them marketing from the Promoter. Entrants can ask to access or correct their information at hello@thedogfoodtruck.com.au.
4. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the Prize Partner are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or the prize. This does not exclude any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
5. Changes: If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may change, suspend or end it, subject to any state or territory lottery laws.
6. Tax: Prize winnings may have tax implications. Winners should get independent financial advice.
7. Decisions: The Promoter's decision on any matter relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
